Blacklight Tarot Readings

Tarot doesn’t tell the future, and I can’t predict shit—but I’m a great listener and a pro at asking the right questions. Think of our non-traditional tarot readings as a guided conversation to help you tune into your intuition a bit more.

We offer blacklight tarot readings in our Lawrence, KS studio or at events across the Midwest. Yes, blacklight. Because if you’re going to seek answers, why not do it with glowing cards under a UV light?

Booking is easy—just select your event length and date, and I’ll reach out to coordinate. Simple as that.

I use a UV tarot deck by the incredible @thevioletaveline, which I scored at a @modestmouse show (yes, really). The artwork is stunning, and the neon colors are absolutely incredible. 

A Little Backstory

I’ve been practicing tarot for over 25 years, and it all started with a rebellious twist. Here’s the story:

High school me (Jenny) was introduced to tarot thanks to my mom, who was all about metaphysics and transcendental meditation. She moved us to Iowa so she could study at the Maharishi International University, and I ended up at their boarding school for a hot second.

While I was there, this effortlessly cool Egyptian girl taught me tarot. It felt like sneaking a smoke or refilling your parents’ liquor bottles with water—deliciously risky and like I’d stumbled into something otherworldly.

Turns out, I’d found something that stuck. And now, here we are—reading cards under blacklights and making magic happen.
